The initiation of an investigation against "ill-gotten gains" of dictators
Africa is the first victory against the French neo-colonial system.
The oldest judges agreed financial hub of the complaint of the NGO
Transparency International, developed by the association of lawyers SHERPA for
concealment of embezzlement, money laundering, misuse of corporate assets, breach of trust
and complicity against three African leaders, Omar Bongo of Gabon, Denis Sassou-
Nguesso of Congo Brazzaville and Teodoro Obiang Nguema of Equatorial Guinea. The
Total Group operates in three oil-producing countries.
The prosecutor, who represents the interests of neo-colonial state, had already filed away two
complaints in 2007 and 2008, saying that investigations had failed "to set
identify crime "while the son has NGUEMA Bugatti, Ferrari
and other Rolls-Royce, the family Sassou Nguesso has a wealth of eighteen properties

banking and BONGO, with 70 bank accounts, owns at least 33 properties
Real Estate for treatment Presidential 15 000 euros per month.
Today, the prosecutor opposes new opening with a criminal
the new argument that the plaintiffs can not prove a personal injury in this
dossier.
The third complaint attacks the heart of the French neo-colonial system, set up by
Jacques Foccart, initiated on behalf of the de Gaulle "Franco" in
the 1960s, when the wave of decolonization of Africa.
This system is based on dictatorships whose role is to keep the colonial powers
Paris on the economic front, for French companies, diplomatic,
aligning their votes at the UN on that of France, and military, allowing the installation of
French troops. At the same time, these African dictators backyard will finance the Elysée
the major political parties of government, right and left. Longevity
policy for over forty years of Omar Bongo has enabled it to store many
Lackluster secrets of the Fifth Republic, which means that everyone stands. Unlike the
SARKOZY election commitments of such a system is not ready to change and
Cooperation Ministers who had reservations were left illico collect, as
Jean-Pierre Cot, in 1982, and more recently Jean-Marie Bockel.
This legal battle is important because it is one more element in the fight
against the maintenance of French rule in many African countries. Domination
which allows, with the blessing of these dictators, French multinationals to make
huge profits by plundering the peoples of Africa.
